Shipping Policy

The medicine stays in the manufacturer's sealed carton, with its leaflet, batch number and expiry intact, so you can verify what you received against your invoice. That carton goes inside a plain outer wrapper.

Nothing on the outside names the product, the molecule, the dose or the pharmacy — only the sender name the carrier requires, your address and the customs declaration. Cold-chain items travel in validated insulated packaging with a temperature strip you can read on arrival rather than take on trust.

We declare pharmaceutical contents accurately, with the invoice enclosed. This is a legal requirement in both directions and it protects you: a false declaration turns a routine inspection into a seizure with your name attached.

We will not describe medicine as a gift, a sample, a supplement or a document, however often we are asked. A seller who offers to do that is moving legal risk onto you and presenting it as a favour.

Inside India: 2 to 4 working days to metros, 4 to 6 to smaller towns. Internationally: 7 to 21 days depending on destination, carrier and clearance, with the UK and Gulf typically at the faster end and North America and Oceania at the slower.

These are ranges we actually observe, not marketing numbers. Clearance, not flying time, is the variable — a parcel can sit at a customs facility for a week and then move to your door in a day. Where we know a corridor is slow, the estimate in your cart already reflects it.

A tracking number is emailed the day the parcel is handed to the carrier. International tracking often goes quiet for several days between handover and arrival scan; that gap is normal and not in itself evidence of a problem.

If the estimated window passes with no delivery, contact us. We chase the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated rather than asking you to interpret a tracking page. Once a parcel is confirmed lost, we reship or refund in full.

Any import duty, tax or clearance fee levied by your country is payable by you as the importer of record, and we cannot predict or absorb it. Most personal-supply parcels attract none, but we will not promise that.

Where we hold guidance that your destination restricts or prohibits import of your molecule, it appears before payment, and we decline orders to destinations where we know the item is prohibited. If a parcel is nonetheless seized, refused or destroyed, we reship or refund in full.

Give us a full address with a working phone number — most failed deliveries are a missing apartment number or an unreachable phone, not a lost parcel. For deliveries inside India we will call the patient to confirm the address or a delivery slot if anything looks incomplete.

If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we contact you and reship once at our cost. Repeated failures to a confirmed-bad address are refunded less the shipping actually spent.
