Medical Disclaimer

What the medical information on this site is, what it is not, and where the line sits between helping you understand a medicine you have been prescribed and giving you clinical advice we are not your clinician to give.

Updated 26 August 2026 Version 1.0
In plain words
  • Everything clinical here is educational. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription, or advice for your particular case.
  • Using this site does not make us your doctor or pharmacist, and reading it does not create a clinical relationship.
  • Never start, stop, change or delay a medicine because of something you read here — ask your prescriber.
  • In an emergency, contact your local emergency service. Do not wait for a reply from us.

The medicine pages, health guides and answers on this site are written to help you understand something you have already been prescribed — what the molecule is, what a strength or pack size means, how it should be stored, and what the common cautions are.

None of it is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or advice about your particular circumstances. We do not know your history, your other medicines, your allergies or your test results, and nothing written for a general audience can account for them.

Changes to this document. When we change a policy we raise the version number, update the date at the top, and keep the previous version available on request. Material changes affecting an order already placed do not apply retroactively to that order — the version in force on the day you paid is the version that governs it.
