Who we are

Indogenmed began in 2015 with a single question from a family in Ontario: why does a month of the same molecule cost eleven times more at home than it does in Jaipur? India manufactures roughly a fifth of the world's generic medicines and supplies public health programmes across Africa, Asia and Latin America — yet patients paying privately elsewhere rarely have a lawful, documented way to buy from that supply chain. We built one. Today a small pharmacy team in Rajasthan handles sourcing, prescription review, packing and customs paperwork for patients in more than 180 countries, most of them managing a long-term condition where the difference between list price and generic price decides whether therapy continues at all.

Founded 2015, Jaipur
A licensed exporter, not a marketplace — we hold the stock, name the manufacturer and answer for the parcel.
Chronic care first
Oncology, hepatology, HIV, transplant and cardiometabolic therapy make up the majority of what we ship.
Price published up front
The per-pill price, the shipping charge and the total appear before checkout. Nothing is added later.
People, not bots
A pharmacist reviews every prescription and a human answers WhatsApp seven days a week.

How an order moves

You order and upload the prescription
Add the medicines, apply any coupon, and upload a photograph or PDF of your prescription. The price shown at that point — medicine subtotal plus $29 tracked shipping, or free above $300 — is the price you pay.
A pharmacist reviews it
A registered pharmacist checks the prescription against the order: molecule, strength, quantity and prescriber details. Anything unclear is queried by email or WhatsApp, and where necessary we contact the prescriber directly before dispensing.
We pick, document and pack
Stock is picked in the manufacturer's sealed carton, the batch number and expiry are recorded against your order, and the parcel is packed in plain outer packaging with the invoice and any required customs declaration.
It ships with live tracking
The parcel is handed to EMS, DHL, FedEx or USPS the same or next working day and the tracking number reaches you immediately. Typical transit is 4–8 working days; if it is seized, lost or damaged we reship or refund in full.

Our commitments

We never ship without a valid prescription

Every prescription-only medicine requires a prescription from a registered practitioner, uploaded before dispatch and reviewed by our pharmacist. We decline orders where the prescription does not match the request, has expired, or cannot be verified — and we do not offer consultations that would let us write one ourselves.

We name the manufacturer on every product

The plant that made your medicine is printed on the product page, the invoice and the carton. Manufacturer directory pages list the licences we hold on file for each site. If we substitute a brand because of a stock-out, you are told which brand and which manufacturer before the order ships.

The price on screen is the price you pay

No consultation fee, no membership, no currency surprise. The medicine subtotal, the $29 tracked shipping charge (free above $300) and the total are all shown before payment, and the invoice itemises any coupon applied.

Your data stays with the order

We collect what a pharmacy needs to dispense and a courier needs to deliver: contact details, delivery address, prescription and payment confirmation. Prescriptions are stored encrypted, are never sold or shared for marketing, and are released only to the processing pharmacy or where law requires it.

If it goes wrong, we fix it

Parcels seized by customs, lost in transit or arriving damaged are reshipped or refunded in full at your choice — the guarantee that lets us publish destination import guidance honestly instead of hiding the risk. Complaints against a batch trigger a hold on the remaining stock of that batch.

A note on scope. Indogenmed dispenses against a valid prescription only. We are not a clinic and never advise which medicine you should take, at what dose, or whether to change an existing therapy — those decisions belong to your own prescriber. Personal-import allowances vary by destination and remain the buyer's responsibility; we publish the guidance we hold for each country before payment is taken.
