Revolade 50mg Tablet は、有効成分 eltrombopag を含む薬剤です。慢性免疫性血小板減少性紫斑病（ITP）の治療のために、成人および小児に使用されます。また、他の治療に反応しない重度の再生不全性貧血の成人にも使用されます。eltrombopag は骨髄を刺激し、血小板の生成を増加させます。通常、1日1回経口で服用します。副作用としては、吐き気、嘔吐、下痢、筋肉痛、頭痛が一般的です。稀な重篤な副作用も起こり得るため、気になる点がある場合は医療提供者とご相談ください。Revolade は常温で保存し、湿気や熱から遠ざけ、子供の手の届かない場所に置いてください。
