Pivikto 150mg タブレットは、活性成分リバロキサバンを含む薬剤です。リバロキサバンは、直接経口抗凝固薬で、凝固連鎖反応における重要な因子Xaを阻害することで作用します。Xa因子をブロックすることにより、Piviktoは効果的にトロンビンの生成を抑制し、血栓の形成を防止します。これにより、非心房弁性房性細動症の患者における脳卒中や全身性塞栓症の予防、ならびに深部静脈血栓症（DVT）および肺塞栓症（PE）の治療・予防に有用となります。また、股関節または膝関節置換手術を受けた患者におけるDVTおよびPEの予防にも使用されます。典型的な投与量は150mgを1日1回ですが、患者の状態や病歴に応じて変動することがあります。一般的な副作用には出血、瘀血、胃腸の不快感が含まれます。医療提供者様の処方通りに正確にPiviktoを服用することが重要です。保管は室温で、湿気や熱源から遠ざけてください。
