Bdsure 22.5mg 注射剤は、活性成分 Desmopressin Acetate を含む薬剤です。Desmopressin は、自然に存在するホルモン血管收缩素の合成類似体です。血管收缩素の作用を模倣することにより、主に腎臓での水分再吸収を増加させます。これにより尿の生成が減少し、尿が濃縮されます。Bdsure 22.5mg 注射剤は、就寝時の尿失禁（子供および成人）および血管收缩素不足による多尿・多飲（中央性糖尿病性多尿症）の治療に適応されています。用量および投与方法は、患者の状態や反応に応じて医療従事者の指示に厳密に従う必要があります。副作用としては、頭痛、吐き気、腹部不快感、稀に低ナトリウム血症（低ナトリウム血液値）が起こることがあります。低ナトリウム血症は重篤化する可能性があるため、患者には水 intoxication（水中毒）を防ぐために、適度な水分摂取を指導する必要があります。注射剤は、光と湿気から守られた室温で保存してください。
